A “Writing Marathon” will be held Saturday, April 7, 2012. Members will meet in Historic St. Charles, Missouri and be directed to various sites for round-robin writing/discussion sessions, then have lunch. Find more details and a map here.
We will have our members only Works-In-Progress Discussion Group on April 28th beginning at 10:00 in our regular meeting room. Please review the Discussion Group Guidelines (link above right) and plan on attending to read, listen and offer helpful advice to fellow members on their current writing projects. Winners of our January Romance contest - please consider coming to read your winning piece.
Our Regular Meeting will begin at 11:00 a.m. We are meeting with a few prospective speakers for this meeting. We will announce the speaker(s) once final arrangements have been made. Thank you for your patience while we network through the many wonderful writerly-type folks in the midwest that make themselves available for speaking engagements with groups like ours.
